General Shipping Policy
The following terms apply to all shipments from anywhere in the world
made within the LibiJrz.com application or in orders on its official
social networks.
The prices published on the site INCLUDE the cost of shipping within the
United States of America when they are products paid according to free international shipping , the prices of
the products can change at any time without prior notice, promotions from other

The customer undertakes to provide a valid, localizable address, where
the order can be delivered. In the event that the client provides an address
that is not located by the parcel, any other additional cost will be covered by
the client himself.
All shipments made by us and by our suppliers are perfectly packaged, in
the event that your order is delivered with physical damage by the parcel, you
must add a note to the parcel service employee when signing the manifest
indicating that the Package shows signs of mistreatment (Box open, hit,
perforated, wet, packed, etc.) Without this notation you receive the package
accordingly. If the parcel service employee does not allow you to write down on
the delivery manifest, you should NOT receive the package.
If you suspect that the box that
the parcel service employee is giving you does not contain what you bought,

indicating the reasons to the parcel service employee and you must report it to

Once the package is received by you or someone at the delivery address,
you have 24 hours to report anomalies due to physical damage or missing items

The delivery area of our products is limited to any country in the world

We cannot process orders with an incomplete delivery address, or with
special agreements from other parcel companies.

International shipping is done by parcel service as chosen by the
provider (USA, China, Malaysia, India, Mexico), arriving by local postal mail
from each nation. Applies to any country with free trade, in the USA it is
distributed to USPS.
Once your order has been processed, its existence will be verified. If
there are products selcted by order or with a wholesale discount, your order
will be shipped no later than the following business day, they will arrive
within a period of 3 to 4 business weeks. Being able to extend up to 8 weeks
maximum depending on the country chosen to receive the package.
At all times you can track the status of the package to its destination
with a tracking code sent to the mail

IMPORTANT:
- For
orders between countries, normal shipping times may be extended due to
customs issues.
- If
your order contains products with stock in different warehouses, you will
be assigned several tracking codes.
- The
shipment is protected 100% in
reimbursement or satisfaction with your delivery, even in purchases with a

- For
any shipping claim it is important to keep the shipping packaging and its
label with tracking number for photographic evidence.

verified by PayPal, your payment will be processed no later than the next

LibiJrz only sends the customer's information to the third party (in
this case PayPal) to process the payment made and, if applicable, notify
LibiJrz of the authorization of the transaction. LibiJrz stipulates in its
Terms and Conditions that the client accepts that the information will be sent
to a third party for validation and authorization.
In case of any lack of requested documents your payment can be reversed.
Orders paid with this modality only apply for home delivery to the
delivery address authorized by PayPal.
Payments with
credit or debit card by PayPal or Mercado Pago
In this modality you can pay with a credit or debit card from the
shopping cart, being able to buy months with credit cards.
Delivery time

The estimated delivery time will be provided to you at the end of your

maintains communication with the supplier or manufacturer of the products upon
request, however, due to the policies of these suppliers or manufacturers, they

beyond our company, in this case you will be notified by email so that you
can decide to change your product for another model or cancel your order.
- Deliver
the order in a longer time than the estimate, in this case you will be
notified by email so that you can decide if you want to continue waiting
or cancel your order. Orders paid with more than 4 weeks have a refund guarantee , which means that you
can request a refund of what you paid.
If your order includes several products on request, it will be sent when
your order is complete. If you need them to be sent separately, you will be
charged for shipping each time a product is released from the warehouses.
